1. No Refund Policy

All products sold on Digyrox are digital products and are delivered instantly via download links.

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

Once a payment is successfully completed, it is final and non-refundable.


This applies to all situations, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Wrong product selection
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Compatibility issues with device or software
  • Lack of knowledge or experience to use the product

2. Download Issues & Our Support Policy

We understand that technical issues may sometimes occur during downloading.

If you face any of the following issues:

  • Download link not working
  • Download interrupted or failed
  • File not downloading properly


We will NOT issue a refund, but

We will re-send the download link to your registered email address.

This is the only support provided in such cases.

3. What We Do NOT Cover

The following are not eligible for refunds or compensation:

  • Internet issues on the customer’s side
  • Device or storage problems
  • Incompatibility with third-party software
  • User error during download or usage


Digyrox is not responsible for such issues.

4. Time Limit to Report Download Issues

Customers must report download-related issues within 48 hours of purchase.

Requests received after this period may not be considered.
